The retention rates of employees are higher when there is a fair procedure for development and employees feel more invested in helping businesses meet their operational needs (Bos et al., 2019).
v Retain the best people. This saves the organization money in the long term since well-structured on-boarding methods lead to better levels of employee retention.
v Improve your company's profitability. To boost customer happiness and business success in the organization, talent management helps workers feel engaged, competent and motivated, enabling them to work toward the company's business objectives.
v Satisfied customers. Integration and consistency in management are evident throughout the organization. Because fewer people are involved and their requirements can be handled more quickly when systems are more integrated, customer satisfaction tends to be better (Malik and Singh, 2019).
