When
consider about organizational commitment, there are main three ways as
affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Below
discusses how these three commitment types can use to motivate employees.

Affective commitment on
employee motivation
Enterprises should take steps to
communicate their development orientation to employees in a transparent manner
and at the proper time so that they can clearly comprehend the development
orientation of the firm and construct their own development orientation
Continuance commitment
on employee motivation
As a first step in ensuring
long-term commitment, it is vital to develop a working environment where
businesses recognize and evaluate people in a fair and transparent manner. They
will be motivated and will not want to leave the organization if they are
praised for their efforts as well as treated properly and fairly. This is
because they are pleased with their jobs and believe that their efforts are
worthwhile when their contributions are recognized and treated properly and
fairly
Normative commitment on
employee motivation
When it comes to normative
commitment, managers should understand how to inspire and build strong
attachments among their employees through pledges to values and benefits for
employees when they carry out their duties
Conclusion
Investing in elements that influence employee motivation and commitment, such as pay, is critical since higher levels of employee motivation and commitment lead to higher levels of production. Management must address the needs of its employees and enhance working circumstances in order to increase employee commitment to the firm. Nevertheless, the "potential for training" motivates the workers. It is essential to build employee loyalty and affection for the organization and develop reward systems, employee empowerment, and job commitment in order to achieve these goals.
