Much more flexible work environments should be formulated by considering all the aspects of employees as well as organizations. Back office functions could be remotely done and I personally think facilitation of remote work or hybrid work environment would be very beneficial.

Even men say we are giving freedom to my wife but that is very much a limited way. What many men do not accept is that she can live more successful life if her husband accept half of her responsibilities.With the globalization and development of education and revolution in industrial sector there has been a little change in sharing responsibilities.But both partners should schedule their working hours and personal hours ,so they can be more successful and women will be able to use their education to serve their families and the country and maintain her dignity.
