Working from home has several
advantages: no dress code, no in-person supervision, no commuting time, and the
ability to choose where employee want to work. There are, nevertheless, a
number of special difficulties that arise when working remotely

Below mention causes can identified to raise the stress when
work from home.
v Make many distractions: work from home lead to make many distractions than working in an office. For can example here can identified maintaining children or other family members activities, watching TV, voice distractions etc.
v When work from home leads to make unstructured activities and had to
work in mind night as well
v There are no boundaries. Organizations know that employees are working from home. Thus, they take advantage from it.
v There are no physical activities and those can cause to make health problems.

To manage the stress at work from home use below mentioned strategies effectively,

v Time spent weeding through clutter can quickly eat away at employee productivity and cause employee to feel overwhelmed. Being well-organized is essential to maximizing employee productivity and time management (Haus et al., 2016).

Employees are tend to stressed out when working from home due to lack of direction and guidance, feel isolated when working from home, distractions at home and uncertainty due to pandemic situation etc. These should be addressed and manage properly because it effects to the productivity and performance of the organisation as well.

No rush hour commute, lunch straight from the fridge, greater flexibility and freedom are all important benefits of working remotely. But there are challenges that come with benefits. Some common issues that cause stress for remote workers as you said.

Major issues are remote workers may experience isolation and lack of physical activities may cause health issues. I do not support full work from from home. It should be combination of home office and office. Office is in structural form. If always education is possible from home then no body go to school. School education have a structure what is absent in home.
